By using XAdCheck you agree to the following terms.

1. Service

XAdCheck provides AI-powered analysis of advertising content to help identify potential policy issues on X (Twitter). The service is provided for informational purposes only.

2. No Guarantee

XAdCheck does not guarantee that your ads will be approved by X. Final approval decisions are made solely by X. You remain fully responsible for the content you submit to any advertising platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only use XAdCheck for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to analyze content that promotes illegal activity, or in any way that abuses the system.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits purchased through XAdCheck are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits do not expire. Prices are listed in USD.

5. Privacy

We do not store the ad creative you submit for analysis. Limited account data (such as your X username and credit balance) is stored to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Account

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your signed-in X account. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

XAdCheck is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any losses, rejected ads, or damages that result from using the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

When you sign in with X, we receive your X username and user ID. We also store your credit balance and usage data so the service can function.

2. Ad Creative

We do not store the ad headlines, body text, or other creative content you submit for analysis. This data is processed in real time and then discarded.

3. How We Use Information

We use account and usage data only to provide the service, track credits, prevent abuse, and improve XAdCheck.

4. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers (such as Stripe and our hosting providers) as needed to operate XAdCheck.

6. Data Retention

Account and credit data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
